We are growing rapidly and need to expand our Assessment Development team.
As an Assessment Specialist, you will create brand new assessments across a wide variety of subjects. You’ll repeatedly dive into new subject areas that you’re unfamiliar with and gather material from subject-matter experts. You will use their insights and content to develop best-in-class assessments to select the strongest job candidates.
After reviewing your initial application, we will invite strong candidates to see what this role is really like by participating in a micro-project. The project is a highly structured scenario in which you will create a mini-assessment. The next step is video interviews with the hiring team. The final step is a paid project that you can complete over the course of 1-2 days. This is a full-scale version of the micro-project scenario and you will create an assessment from start to finish.
